to your office. Our shoppers will request
more information about your practice,
inquire about your services as a patient new
to the area, raise concerns about pediatric
dental care or present a particular dental
problem.

Each call will be tailored to your specific needs and concerns.
During the phone call, your office staff
will be rated on a wide range of criteria,
including: friendliness, professionalism,
courtesy, helpfulness, and overall verbal
skills. Anything out of the ordinary, such
as long pauses or being placed on hold, will
also be noted.

The most valuable and unique part of this service –
you’ll receive a digital recording of the
entire call! Utilizing our
state-of-the-art technology, we digitally
record the mystery shop, sending it to you
as a .wav file via your e-mail.
Finally, you can know with certainty how
your front office represents your practice –
and make the changes necessary to ensure
